This is my first diary, and I'm not great with html so please bear with me.
Many of you are aware that while Sara Palin was Mayor of Wasilla, the town of Wasilla charged rape victims for their rape kits. Wasilla was one of two towns in Alaska at the time that did this. It turns out this may not have just been some random event. John Aravosis over at Americablog writes:
There's a nationwide issue going on where "Christian" hospitals or doctors are refusing to give these medications to women who were raped. John McCain's good buddy, Joe Lieberman, thinks that's okay. I will bet you that is what happened here. Sarah Palin didn't want to give rape victims the choice to stop being impregnated by their rapists.

The Obama campaign is not getting this info out. Please consider contacting your local chapter of Planned Parenthood, NARAL or NOW and ask them to start hitting hard on this issue. I have to think moderate women voters would find this frightening.
